The Gibson is practical by its size which generally suits all type of glasses. Create your mixology masterpieces and spruce them up with the perfect cubes that will dilute much more slowly than regular ice cubes.
Conservation: Store your cubes in the freezer at a temperature between -5 and -15 degrees celcius.
Temper: Let the cube cool for a few minutes so that it becomes transparent. This step also helps to avoid too great a temperature shock that would make it crack when you put it in contact with the liquid.
Manipulation: Cubes may be stuck due to temperature change during transportation. Gently insert the blade of a knife between them to detach them.
Service: Put this in your glass using tongs. Then pour your alcohol on or around the cube and enjoy
Reusing: Was your drink so delicious that the cube barely had time to melt? Never mind! Simply rinse it with cold water and refreeze it separately for reuse.
